We’ve got another big slate Wednesday in the NBA today. With only 2 weeks to go until the Play-in Round begins we have teams fighting to get into the playoffs, teams battling for seeding, and even some teams tanking with an eye on their draft position! With so many factors to consider, we’re digging deep into the data with props.cash to uncover some player prop gems. Let’s take a look at what we found:
NBA Player Prop Trend: Rui Hachimura 13.5 Points
Tonight will be the first time Hachimura plays in Washington since being traded by the Wizards to the Lakers last season. He comes in with great momentum, clearing 13.5 points in 12 of his last 15 games, and 9 of his last 10. He gets a perfect matchup too as the Wizards are giving up the 4th most points to opposing forwards over the last five weeks. Look for Rui to take advantage with a little extra motivation against his former team!
NBA Player Prop Trend: Kristaps Porzingis 19.5 Points
Two of the top teams in the league face off tonight as the Thunder visit the Celtics. They played once earlier this season with SGA dominating for OKC and Porzingis for BOS. Porzingis had 34 points in 35 minutes in that game as BOS lost to OKC. We see another big performance for the “Unicorn” tonight against an undersized Thunder team. The Thunder have improved in defending opposing bigs over the season, but are still giving up the 6th most points to opposing bigs over the last five weeks. Porzingis has cleared 19.5 points in 88% of games this season when playing 31+ minutes at home. As long as SGA suits up tonight we see this being another competitive battle with big minutes for the BOS center!
NBA Player Prop Trend: Dejounte Murray 4.5 Rebounds
Once a member of the Prop The Mic banned list, Dejounte has been reinstated a regular play again with Trae Young out of the ATL line up. He’s cleared 4.5 rebounds in 10 of his last 15 games and 8 of his last 10. He faces a DET team tonight who is giving up the 2nd most rebounds to opposing point guards over the last five weeks. This includes 5+ rebounds to Jordan Goodwin, Jordan Poole, Mike Conley, Jalen Brunson, CJ McCollum, and Payton Pritchard all in the past 2 weeks. Murray is technically a shooting guard, but with Young out he’s running the point. Critical game for the Hawks as they try to move up from the 10 seed!
NBA Player Prop Trend: CJ McCollum 3.5 Rebounds
CJ McCollum has cleared 3.5 rebounds in 8 of 9 games over the last two seasons when playing without Ingram and Alvarado. Tonight he faces an Orlando team that gives up very few rebounds to opposing forwards and bigs, but does give up the 4th most rebounds to opposing guards. The total in this game is a low 208 points so we see plenty of rebounding opportunities and for CJ to clear this line again!
