It feels like we haven’t had NBA games in an eternity after just one night off, but our patience is about to pay off as we get a 14 game NBA slate tonight!  With so many player prop options it’s critical to have the right tool to prioritize your picks.  Here are some great trends from props.cash to consider for tonight’s slate:

NBA Player Prop Trend: Donovan Mitchell Points

The Cavs take on the Thunder for the second time this season and Mitchell is in a great spot to repeat his prior performance.  In the first game he scored 43 points including 4 threes on 11 3PA.  Over the last season Mitchell has cleared this points line in 74% of games when attempting 11+ threes.  OKC is allowing the 8th most made threes in the league.

The Thunder have allowed several big games to guards in the league, including Dejounte Murray (29 pts), Steph Curry (30 pts), CJ McCollum (29 pts).  They all got there with 4+ threes.  Even with Garland and Allen back in the lineup Mitchell is firing away averaging 21.7 FGA, clearing this line in three straight games. Look for Spida to make it four in row tonight.

NBA Player Prop Trend: Ziaire Williams Rebounds

The absence of Morant, Clarke, and Adams this season has led to a rough start for the Grizzlies, but showcasing Ziaire Williams has been one bright spot.  The third year player has gone from averaging 15 mins, 5.7 pts, and 2.1 reb last season to 29 mins, 10.1 pts, and 6.7 reb this season.  He’s cleared his rebound line in 5/7 games this season and should see extended minutes tonight v MIA with Xavier Tillman OUT.  In his one game without Tillman this season, Williams recorded 7 rebounds in 27.6 mins.  He’s also cleared in 5 straight games with 26+ mins.  Look for another 5+ rebound performance tonight for Ziaire.

NBA Player Prop Trend: Alperen Sengün Assists

Like several other third year players we’ve covered, Sengün is having a breakout season. He’s averaging 18.2 points (23% higher than last year), but his assists are the real story year over year.  His assists are up from 3.9 per game last season to nearly double at 7.0 this season.  This shouldn’t come as a total surprise considering the veterans HOU added in the offseason to support Sengün.  Tonight he faces a Lakers team that just allowed Bam Adebayo to have 10 assists on Monday.   Sengün seems set to get 7+ assists tonight after clearing this line in 5/6 games this season.  Anthony Davis is questionable for the game tonight which is even more upside for this play if he is ruled out.  Go with “Baby Jokic” tonight.

NBA Player Prop Trend: Jakob Poeltl Points

This is a great spot for Poeltl facing a Mavericks team that has given up big games to opposing centers of late.  This includes Mo Wagner (19 pts), Nick Richards (12 pts), Mark Williams (19 pts), Nikola Jokic (33 pts) and Nikola Vuvevic (21 pts).  Poeltl started out the year slowly, but has cleared this points line in 3 of the last 4 games.  Much of this increased production is due to his minutes rising to 28.5 over the last 4 games with Precious Achiuwa out of the lineup.  Achiuwa is a gametime decision for tonight, but his minutes should be limited even if he returns.  Over the last two seasons Poeltl has cleared his line 77% of games when playing 27+ mins.  With extended minutes and a great matchup you can play Poeltl tonight with confidence.
