The NBA Play-In Tournament is finally here and teams get to jump right into a game 7 atmosphere!  With elimination on the line, coaches are tightening their rotations which means more minutes for the starters.  We used props.cash to identify three players in tonight’s games that should get 35+ minutes in playing time and benefit the most with the extra minutes.  Have a look:

NBA Player Prop Trend: Ayo Dosunmu 14.5 Points

Ayo Dosunmu has averaged 12.2 points this season and only cleared his line of 14.5 points in 33% of games.  However, when we set the minutes filter on props.cash to 35+ we see that Ayo has cleared 14.5 points in 59% of games, averaging 17.8 points in those games. He has played ATL three times this season, scoring 19, 29, and 15 points in those games.

NBA Player Prop Trend: De’Andre Hunter 16.5 Points

De’Andre Hunter has averaged 15.6 points this season and cleared his points line of 16.5 in 44% of games.  With the huge number of injuries for the Hawks we’re expecting 35+ minutes for Hunter tonight.  In games with 35+ minutes, Hunter is averaging 19.2 points, clearing his line in 60% of games.

Of these games, only one of them was played with Trae Young and without Jalen Johnson and Sadiq Bey.  This was against BOS on March 28 and he scored 21 points in 39 minutes. Hunter is also 1 for 2 vs CHI this season scoring 23 points and 8 points in the two games.  Look for big minutes for Hunter tonight on this thin ATL team.

NBA Player Prop Trend: Tobias Harris 14.5 points

Tobias Harris is averaging 17.2 points this season and has cleared his line of 14.5 points in 63% of games.  In games with 35+ minutes, Harris is averaging 21.8 points, clearing this line in 85% of games.

If we add filters to include Embiid and Maxey the results actually improve, with Harris clearing 14.5 points in 89% of games this season.  

Harris played MIA once this season, scoring 27 points in that game in 41.6 minutes.  

Alt Builder Thoughts:

We love all of these players to get big minutes and clear their straight lines, but let’s also see how they look in an alt builder.  If we use the Alt Lines filters on props.cash to bring each of these players down to 11.5 points, we see that their hit rates sky rocket.  With 35+ minutes, Dosunmu has cleared in 86% of games (including 11 straight), Hunter in 90% of games (including 9 straight), and Harris 94% of games (including 5 straight).  Put these three together for a +139 builder!
