NBA Player Prop Trend: Clint Capela Pts + Reb
Capela has cleared 17.5 Pts + Reb in 6 of his last 7 games and 6 of 7 games when playing 22+ minutes. He is projected to play 22+ minutes tonight vs a Warriors team that is giving up big games to opposing centers this season. This includes recent games by Ivica Zubac (25PR), Zach Edey (23), Daniel Gafford (21), Dereck Lively (20), and Jarrett Allen (25). Capela should dominate the glass against an undersized Warriors team and get enough put backs and lobs to clear this one again!
NBA Player Prop Trend: Jaren Jackson Jr. Rebounds
Jaren Jackson Jr. has been a force on the boards of late, clearing 6+ rebounds in 7 straight games. He has also cleared in all 7 games this season without Ja Morant. JJJ is projected for 32 minutes tonight and faces a spiraling Philadelphia team that is giving up the second most rebounds to opposing centers. This includes big games to Bam Adebayo (13), Jarrett Allen (12), Karl-Anthony Towns (13), Jusuf Nurkić (15), and Zach Edey (10) all in the month of November. The Memphis big man should feast again tonight.
NBA Player Prop Trend: Derrick Jones Jr. Points
Norman Powell is out tonight for the Clippers. Powell is the leading scorer for the Clippers at 23.3 points per game on 16.5 FG attempts. That’s a lot of volume to go around to the rest of the team. While Harden will certainly absorb some of this, we see other role players like Kris Dunn, Terance Mann, and Derrick Jones seeing a significant increase in minutes and shots. Jones has cleared 8.5 points in all 7 games this season when playing just 24+ minutes. He is projected to play 28+ minutes tonight. He does have a tough matchup against a Magic team that is giving up the fewest points to opposing forwards this season, but are still without Banchero.
NBA Player Prop Trend: Josh Hart Rebounds
Josh Hart has cleared 8.5 rebounds in 57% of games this season. This however goes up to 75% in games with 1 day rest. Tonight he faces a Phoenix team giving up the 8th most rebounds to opposing guards. Hart is the #1 rebounding guard in the NBA! After playing only 32 minutes in a blow out vs Washington last game, we’re projected 38+ minutes again tonight for Hart in what should be a tough road game for NY.
