NBA Player Prop Trend: Anthony Edwards over 28.5 Points
In the two games Edwards has played against Dallas with both Luka and Kyrie on the floor, he has scored 32 and 36 points in 36 and 37 minutes respectively. That’s nearly a point per minute in those games!
Edwards is averaging 40.1 minutes per game this postseason. This season, when he’s played 38+ minutes at home, he’s scored 29+ points in 6 of 9 games, averaging 31.6.
NBA Player Prop Trend: Kyrie Irving over 29.5 PRA
Kyrie’s PRA line was as high as 37.5 earlier this postseason, so we’re getting some value here, especially with how he’s performed against Minnesota since joining the Mavs. Kyrie recorded 47 PRA against the Wolves in just his fourth game with the Mavs last season and he followed that up with a nearly identical 48 PRA performance against them this season, back on January 7th.
Kyrie is averaging 40.1 minutes per game this postseason. This season, when he’s played 38+ minutes, he’s recorded 30+ PRA in 21 of 25 games, averaging 39.5.
NBA Player Prop Trend: Derrick Jones Jr over 11.5 PR
Derrick Jones Jr. has been a big part of the Mavs rotation this postseason and that should continue into the Western Conference Finals against the Wolves. In the playoffs, Jones Jr. has recorded 12+ PR in 8 of his last 11 games, averaging 15.8 PR.
He is averaging 30.5 minutes per game this postseason. This season, when he’s played 27+ minutes in games with both Luka and Kyrie on the floor, he’s had 12+ PR in 16 of 20 games, averaging 17.3 PR. One of those games was against Minnesota on January 7th and he had 22 PR in that game (11 in the first half and 11 in the second half).
NBA Player Prop Trend: Jaden McDaniels over 4.5 RA
We love role players at home in the playoffs and Jaden McDaniels certainly fits the bill. He’s recorded 5+ RA in 8 of 10 games this postseason when he’s played 24+ minutes, averaging 5.9 RA. He’s also had success against Dallas, getting over 4.5 RA in 5 of his last 6 games vs the Mavs when he’s played 24+ minutes.
In the Wolves playoff run this season, McDaniels is averaging 33.5 minutes per game. He’s had 5+ RA in 12 of his last 15 games in which he’s played 30+ minutes, averaging 6.2 RA.
